As part of our staffing support, we are available by phone twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week to provide critical staffing solutions to our clients, answer all questions and help to maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.

Our Leadership Team takes the time to conduct research and attend available client orientation sessions to ensure we have a full understanding of the important service requirements for the positions. After developing the knowledge of the important requirements for the position, we prepare screening tools to thoroughly screen and analyze the skill set, education, and professional demeanor of our candidates. Our Talent Acquisition Team then utilizes its expertise in sourcing to create a large candidate pool to ensure that we have flexibility in selecting (as well as declining) a sufficient number of qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs for the positions. Our Talent Acquisition Team then employs all of its resources to ensure that we complete the recruiting cycle timely in a timely and efficient manner.
