We participate in job fairs, conduct mock interviews, and provide career counseling to diverse candidates. For students pursuing secondary careers, we identify their skills and qualifications. They are offered per diem work opportunities during school and career opportunities after graduation.
We partner with schools, career centers and government agencies to align our opportunities with the diversity objectives of their programs.
STRUCTURED PROCESS AND CREATIVE SOURCING
Our structured interviews are designed to focus on key skills without bias. This helps us to identify highly qualified diverse candidates that serve our client needs.
We drive diversity and inclusion by pushing ourselves to go beyond obvious sources. Casting a wide net will increase our chance of uncovering gems who may go on to become your star employees.
OPPORTUNITY AND POTENTIAL
Power Personnel provides development opportunities for diverse candidates to pursue higher quality jobs and more compensation. We have conducted these programs for Certified Nursing Assistants, Unit Clerks, Medical Assistants, and Environmental Service candidates.
In this program, we provide in-house orientation and training to the candidates coupled with on-the-job training in partnership with our clients. These programs provide a vital resource to our temporary staff, many of whom will go on to become members of a client’s staff.
DIVERSE STAFF. INCLUSIVE COMMUNICATIONS
Diversity of In-House Office Staff. Our office staff come from many different walks of life, cultures, and backgrounds. We welcome everyone at Power Personnel regardless of age, sex, race, color, creed, or national origin.
At Power Personnel, our employees are welcome to discuss and share diversity and inclusion objectives and success stories. These topics can also be initiated with management in person. Our executives and managers take diversity and inclusion seriously and always try to make the office staff feel proud to be a part of a diversity organization.
