Vikram is a Business Development Manager in a healthcare staffing company. He strategically maintains and expands relationships with various designated accounts. Vikram provides exceptional client service and ensures that all components of the service delivery for his designated accounts are working efficiently. He also develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, expands current business volume, identifies new business opportunities and ensures the highest quality of service delivery. Vikram also manages various accounts and ensures the timely and successful delivery of staffing solutions according to the clients needs and objectives. He conducts client visits, coordinates the delivery of services and oversees the candidate delivery process. He also trains and assists the recruiters with vetting the prospective candidates for the open orders. Vikram helps with the candidates in terms of vetting, candidate’s workflow, submission, credentialing and placement contracts. He also markets current job orders and assists with the development of company policies and procedures.
Vikram obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from San Jose State University. He wanted to get into a field where he could implement his passion for healthcare and business. Prior to working for Power Personnel, Vikram was an account executive (marketing) in the healthcare field. He collaborated with team members on the development of new target markets. He used innovative approaches to existing and future target markets and maintained positive relationships with referral sources. Vikram maintained and updated marketing materials, conducted presentations and performed community outreach activities including exhibits and one on one contact with various directors and managers. He substantially increased revenue by client retention and obtaining new clients.
