Role and Responsibilities

Gathering data from stakeholders, coordination of project meetings and materials for:

  • Project team including executive sponsors, project coordinator and steering committee
  • Key physician and APP stakeholders and create correspondence for them to participate in surveys, focus groups, interviews, educational sessions and model of care meetings
  • Collect from stakeholders all data and documents requested for this project
  • Creating spreadsheets, documents and tracking data
  • Schedule meetings
  • Meeting minutes during regular project planning meetings and calls
  • Project will include supporting C-level executives
  • Ability to take meeting minutes
  • Gather and prep agenda items
  • Basic understanding of Outpatient and Inpatient Services
  • Needs to be self-sufficient and take direction with little to no oversight
  • Escalate matters in a timely manner
  • Edit power points
  • Have strong communication skills with proper grammar and writing skills
  • Ability to gather surveys and create a generic assessment examples such as Time Study surveys

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
