How Does the
Grant Certification Program Work?

FIRST ASSIGNMENT

During the first assignment with Power Personnel, the candidate will receive the benefits of the Certification Grant Program. We will assist the candidate to get certified while working on a Medical Assistant assignment with Power Personnel.

PROFILE MATCHING ACCELERATION PROGRAM icon

SECOND ASSIGNMENT

After the candidate’s first assignment, Power Personnel will provide career counseling and placement assistance to the candidate to transition them into a Certified Medical Assistant assignment.
