Opportunity and Potential.

Power Personnel provides development opportunities for diverse candidates to pursue higher quality jobs and more compensation. We have conducted these programs for Certified Nursing Assistants, Unit Clerks, Medical Assistants, and Environmental Service candidates.

In this program, we provide in-house orientation and training to the candidates, coupled with on-the-job training in partnership with our clients. These programs provide a vital resource to our temporary staff, many of whom will go on to become members of a client’s staff. We partner with schools, career centers and government agencies to align our opportunities with the diversity objectives of their programs.
