Power Personnel’s Community Outreach and Involvement

At Power Personnel, we continually look for ways to extend our reach into underrepresented communities, improve our diversity recruitment efforts and increase our impact on the people and places in our community. We also partner with community organizations, schools, career centers, and government agencies to bring jobs to the community.

We are committed to giving back to the community where we live and work. We continually look for ways to use our resources to be a positive influence on the people of the Bay Area and the local community. We are proud sponsors for the Black Legends Awards and have conducted career counseling for students on behalf of the Foundation for College Education.

Board Memberships

Members of our leadership team belong to several organizations in the community. Our two executive owners are on the boards of the Silicon Valley Black Chamber of Commerce, the Morgan Autistic Center, the Sixth District Appellate Program, and the El Camino Hospital Board. We work with community leaders and organizations in support of our community. Our community involvement is the essence of our employer branding.

Employing the Community

At Power Personnel, we participate in job fairs, conduct mock interviews, and provide career counseling to diverse candidates to help them get better jobs and enhance their careers. We partner with community-based organizations to align our opportunities with the diversity objectives of their programs. For students pursuing secondary careers, we identify their skills and qualifications. They are offered work opportunities during school and career opportunities after graduation.
